與其說煲, 不如叫淥, 因為within 30分鐘內搞掂有得飲, 仲要好甜好好飲, 又清熱,長期在我的飛佛湯水龍虎榜number one。
材料:
1. 鯇魚片 (買一條淨肉, 自己切做一舊舊都得, 用雞粉, 鹽, 蠔油醃住)
2. 皮蛋一隻 (刮清出面d糠, 脫殼, 切做幾件)
3. 茶瓜 (唔好買一樽樽醃到爽用黎送飲果d wor, 係南貨店軟林林好甜果d, 買兩蚊就夠)
4. 芫茜半斤 (要洗得乾淨)

2公升水左右

先煲水, 至大滾, 放入芫茜滾一陣 (5分鐘左右啦)
再將其他材料一起放進去
再滾10分鐘
試味, 落鹽調味

跟住就有得飲!
係咪好簡單呢?
