友儕中, 敢誇口 (其實也是友人們俾面了), 本人的可樂雞翼是數一數二的。
許多人問, 點解可樂雞翼冇可樂味? 其實, 一定係冇既, 只係佢既入味程度, 比用一般既片糖更正。
蘇絲黃有秘方, 日後再POST, 本人的秘方則是: 蠔油少許。
其實可樂雞翼, 真係簡單都唔恨, 只要醃既時候加多兩錢肉緊 (千祈唔好未解晒凍就開始黎料, 本人十次有十次乃野, 唔入味, 唔夠熟, 鞋口, 乜都出齊) 又係用蠔油丫, 唔駛多, 同佢MASSAGE 下成隻沾均就得。之後, 倒佢入煲, 可樂蓋過面, 可以再落幾滴蠔油。實際份量真係唔多知, 每次我都係FEEL GOOD 咁去落, 然後死滾爛滾 (由得佢好似D男人咁...滾), 直到你用筷子篤得入D肉, 就即係熟同掂左。D汁用黎送飯, 一流。

雖說雞翼太肥, 不過逢親好味既野都冇乜益架啦。偶爾滿足下口腹之慾, 又何妨。
